City tour: Uferstadt - the riverside town and home of the global brand Grundig

A Spa in Fürth?! This was pretty much a reality at the beginning of the 20th century, when a spa was built at the riverside of today’s Uferstadt. This area developed from a spa to a radio manufacturing site when the Grundig company settled here after the Second World War. Today the riverside town (Uferstadt) Fürth constitutes a successful urban complex of innovation, technology and research.

On a tour along the Uferstadt you will find out what Doossana is all about, how many cigarettes a Heinzelmann is worth, and how (almost) healthy healing water tastes.

In cooperation with the Tourist Information Fürth.                                                                                                                                                     Duration: approx. 90 minutes
Costs: 8 Euro, reduced 6 Euro (including one hot drink)
